This is one of my favorite autumn shots, taken in the middle of my quaint, country town.
I love that the horizontal lines of the building are straight and consistent, but the vertical path of the leaves is unpredictable and growing. I’ve appropriately entitled this photo “Onward and Upward.”

It’s a great shot. The color really jumps out at you. I’m just waiting for full on autumn to hit here in the north east. I need me some color!
Then I need a very short stick season followed by a boat load of snow!!
