From One Manhattan to Another

I am a proud New Yorker, but I have to say Manhattan Beach is definitely one of my favorite spots in California. I haven’t been everywhere in this beautiful state yet, but something tells me that I will always enjoy coming to this place. And I don’t think it’s any coincidence that Manhattan Beach also happens to share a name with my all-time favorite city, the great Manhattan, NY.

Manhattan Beach was my first stop off the plane yesterday. I wanted to visit a store that I had seen on my first trip. I did that, but also spent some time snapping shots of the beach, some surfers, and my delicious lunch at Simmzy’s. Enjoy!
