It’s no secret that many people around the country are anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring. Since it’s been such a long, cold winter, I loved reading this article about ways to refresh your home for the new season. These colorful tips are meant for small spaces, but I think they could be applied to any room.

You may have seen this already, but I just had to share it here. Meet Emily, the adorable 3-year-old who decided to cut her long hair and donate the locks to children with cancer. Her and her “dolly” receive matching hairstyles in this truly heartwarming video.

When Oscar Sunday arrived, I still hadn’t seen any of the nominated movies. So, before the big show, I relaxed on the couch and ordered Dallas Buyers Club. It was a powerful, heart-wrenching movie with brilliant performances (hello, two best actor wins) – and, after his eloquent speech, I’ve basically been crushing on Jared Leto all week.

(P.S. I may have watched this Thirty Seconds to Mars video a few times. #swoon.)
